Not happy at all. I am 67, I live alone, This fall we were asked to turn our thermostats down to 71 to conserve electricity and that would help avoid brown outs and blackouts. I turned mine down to 73, it's been their all winter. I went to doing laundry 1 day a month and only have my TV and one light on at night. I eat two meals a day so I am not cooking much. Then you people go to the state and get approved to a rate increase, I am now paying more for a lot less. For seniors like me on a fixed income, who did what you asked me to do I feel scammed. I will be down to one meal a day soon with this new rent increase. Very sad!
